‘ACT 1’ Gig/Workshop

Rob’s ‘Act 1’ project makes an appearance at the fantastic Rendcomb College.

The project started a year ago and involves a 4 piece band with 3 drummers and a vocalist. The music has an electro-edge as the structure comes from Rob triggering samples from his Roland SPD-SX pad.

It is a perfect mix of live musicians and electronics working together.

The music ranges from surreal/dream like melodies to harder edged rhythmic patterns with plenty of dynamic range in between.
